Delivery & Returns Policy

All completed orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, (1 business day). Any orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this by email which will include tracking information.

We offer Free DPD delivery for the UK

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct and someone is available to accept delivery.

Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any amendments to address

We strive to ensure that your order is received within 3 business days of them being placed, but please note that once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, any delays are out of our hands. If an order is missing or doesn’t arrive within 4 business days please contact Manitari and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues.

International delivery

Manitari offers shipping to most countries worldwide. Please use the contact page stating country and area you wish your delivery to be sent to get an up to date price for delivery to your country.

Overseas deliveries are provided by DHL, the price will vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for verification.

It is the clients responsibility to research and pay for any tax or duty charges within their country on any purchases from Manitari. We cannot do anything to avoid these charges, they are applied by policy of the government/customs agency of the destination country and/or by the parcel carriers.

We accept no returns from international orders.

Returns/Refunds Policy

If you would like to return an item to Manitari, you must contact us first. Please message us via the contact form to set up your return.

We do our best to ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition. If any items reach you in unsatisfactory condition or are broken please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange return, replacement or refund.

Customers can return their order within 30 days after they have received their goods. The order must be in a satisfactory condition and the package/bottle/container unopened.

A full refund for the cost of the goods ONLY, and NOT the postage, will be given once the goods are received. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the company which they use to return the goods. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.

Because of the nature of the products we sell, returns can only be accepted if the security seals are intact. We encourage all our customers to ensure the products they order are suitable for their needs prior to purchasing.
